The Consulting Project Manager role will be responsible for overseeing the successful and timely delivery of medium to large scale analytics and data platform implementation projects that utilise the latest Microsoft technologies. You will work with several customers across a variety of industry verticals, such as financial services, retail, and gaming, to name a few.
As a Principal Analytics Consultant, you will lead the design and delivery of enterprise-level analytics solutions, starting from the Envision phase all the way through to delivery and adoption. As the world’s first Microsoft Partner to have obtained the Advanced Specialisation for Analytics, you will be working with the latest Azure tools, such as Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks, to name a few, helping our clients to gain greater insight and value from their data.
This is a client-facing position, which requires travel to customer sites across the UK and occasionally abroad, with nights away from home.
Responsibilities
- Architecting, designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade analytic solutions that utilise SQL Server, Power BI, and Microsoft Azure technologies
- Be a trusted advisor to our customers, providing technical design assurance and strategic guidance
- Lead the delivery of projects, supporting and satisfying the expectations and requirements of our clients, whilst working with our internal delivery team providing support and quality assurance
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and uphold our exceptional level of customer satisfaction
- Support the Sales team with pre-sales activities, such as work estimations and scoping for the generation of SoW’s
- Define standards and process improvements that will be adopted by our internal Consulting team
- Help others in their development
- Continually developing technical skills using the latest technology whilst obtaining and maintaining Microsoft certifications
- Set high standards for self on adhering to information and security practices and processes to protect personal data and maintain the integrity of 2Data and its customers
